About
Dr Kate Roberts graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Sydney in 2015.
She completed her junior doctor training at St Vincent's Hospital in Sydney, before taking time to travel and work in a variety of regional hospitals across NSW.
She undertook GP training in Sydney and Wollongong and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of GPs.
She has also pursued further experience in reproductive and sexual health through time spent at Family Planning NT in Darwin.
She has now returned to the Illawarra long term.
Kate has a special interest in women's health, fertility and sexual health, inserts Implanon contraceptive devices, and will soon be accredited to provide Antenatal Shared Care for pregnancy.
She is also a provider of medical terminations.
She is passionate about ensuring that her patients feel empowered in their healthcare journeys. Outside of work, Kate enjoys ocean swimming, good food, and spending time with her young family.
